Due Diligence 2022 – M&A in the Digital Age is a new report, researched and written for Merrill Corporation, that examines the processes and practices involved in M&A due diligence and how they are being changed by digital technology.
The report is informed and supported by original insight from a survey of over 500 senior M&A practitioners – from corporates, private equity firms, investment banks, law and professional services firms – across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and interviews with experts on all sides of a deal.

Project Details
This research project investigates how the processes and practices of M&A due diligence are changing and what the future of due diligence could look like. The project comprised a survey of over 500 senior M&A practitioners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and a digital report analysing the main findings.
